Finally , Premier Tojo made an announcement at the conference that the Andaman and Nicobar Islands which were then under Japanese military occupation would be transferred . इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री तोजो ने सम्मेलन में घोषणा की कि अंडमान तथा निकोबार द्वीपसमूह , जिन पर उस समय जापानी सेना का कब्जा था , अंतरिम आजाद हिंद सरकार के प्रशासनिक क्षेत्राधिकार में दे दिये जायेंगे .
